Not sure what's wrong?
Start with an e-moto fault diagnosis (£59 for the first hour, which comes off the repair if you go ahead) or a Health Check (£69 e-moto, £49 e-bike). Either one ends with a written list of what needs doing and what it costs.
Batteries
We test batteries in-house and give you a printed health report. For fire-safety reasons we don't open lithium packs on site. Cell and BMS work goes to an approved specialist.
We don't derestrict road-legal e-bikes. We only work on EAPC e-bikes to UK rules (250 W, 15.5 mph) and will not derestrict road e-bikes or road-registered e-motos. Performance upgrades are for off-road bikes used on private land only, with a signed waiver.

Do you only work on Sur-Ron and Talaria?
No. We work on Sur-Ron, Talaria and other electric motorbikes, plus e-bikes. Bring us the make and model when you book and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
How do I get a price?
Most common jobs have a fixed labour price on these pages. For anything else it is £65/hr in 15-minute units, and every job is quoted and approved before we start. Parts are extra.
Do you collect bikes?
Yes. Collection and return is £25 in Zone 1 (King's Lynn PE30–PE34), £45 in Zone 2 (10–25 miles), £69 in Zone 3 (25–40 miles), and beyond 40 miles it is £1.50 a mile. It is free in Zone 1 with a Full Service.
Is the work guaranteed?
Workmanship is guaranteed for 3 months.
Will you remove the speed limiter?
