No. Every Sur-Ron we sell (Light Bee X, Light Bee 2 X, Ultra Bee HP X and Hyper Bee) is sold as an off-road bike, without UK registration or type approval. You can only ride them on private land with the landowner's permission, or at permitted off-road venues. Riding one on a public road, pavement or bridleway risks seizure, fines and licence points. Sur-Ron sells separate road-homologated models (the Light Bee L1E and the Light Bee 2 L3) through its authorised dealers. We don't offer those, but we're happy to talk you through the differences.

The Light Bee X (£3,195) is the lighter, simpler bike at 59 kg, with 10 kW and a 72V 2.5 kWh battery. It's great for trails, learning, and as a base for upgrades. The Light Bee 2 X (£4,599) is a big step up: 24 kW in Turbo, 410 N·m, a 3.53 kWh battery, traction control, IMU wheelie control and seven riding modes, for 65 kg. If you're not sure, ask us and we'll talk it through honestly.

The Ultra Bee HP X (£5,899) is the big Bee: 24.5 kW in Turbo, 520 N·m at the wheel, a 74V 60Ah battery and a 910 mm seat, at 88.5 kg. It suits experienced, taller riders who want full-size power. The Hyper Bee (£2,895) is the opposite: a compact 39 kg bike with 8 kW, 14/12-inch wheels, a 665–705 mm seat and a 55 kg rated rider load, so it's a first electric dirt bike for smaller riders. Both are MY26 models and off-road only.

Nothing is paid online. Choose your model and colour on the reserve form. We then call you to confirm availability, timing, the deposit and handover. There's no commitment until you've agreed terms with us.

We don't offer finance through the website. Ask us and we'll explain the payment options we can offer when we confirm your reservation.

We'll confirm the manufacturer warranty terms for your bike in writing before you commit. Workshop work we carry out comes with our 3-month workmanship guarantee. We're an independent specialist, not an authorised Sur-Ron dealer, so ask us exactly how warranty claims are handled before you buy.

Every bike gets a pre-delivery inspection and set-up before handover: a torque and safety check, brakes, chain and suspension set-up, and a charge and function test, followed by a walk-round of controls, charging and care. Your first service (~300 km or 3 months) is free when you buy the bike from us.

Collect from us in King's Lynn, Norfolk (PE30), with a full handover. We can also arrange UK delivery, and we'll confirm the cost and timing when we speak.

Yes, occasionally, by appointment. For serious buyers we can arrange a short demo ride on private land, and we give you the location when you book. It's subject to a demo bike being available, and you'll need suitable protective gear and a signed rider waiver before you ride.

Yes. We give free part-exchange valuations against any new or used bike from us. Send details of your bike via the used bikes page.

Yes. We fit performance upgrades: 72V conversions, controllers, motors, suspension, brakes, gearing and wheels. Everything is quoted in writing and fitted in our workshop. Upgrades are for off-road use only and may affect your warranty and insurance.
