What we collect
When you use our forms (bike reservations, workshop bookings, used-bike and part-exchange enquiries, and accessory pre-orders): your name, email address, phone number, the bike, service or item you're interested in, your preferred date and drop-off or collection choice, and any message you write. For basic abuse prevention we also record a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type.
Why and lawful basis
To respond to your reservation request and take steps at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and with your consent to contact you about your reservation (Art. 6(1)(a)). We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
How the form works
When you send a form, it goes securely to our website backend, hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages Functions and a Cloudflare D1 database). There it is stored so we can reply, and an email notification is sent to us through Cloudflare Email Routing. Cloudflare acts as our processor. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. A backup copy of your reservation is also kept in your own browser's local storage, on your device only. If our server can't be reached, the reservation form may open your email app with a pre-filled message instead. No payment details are collected on this website. How long we keep it
